Card Status
Active
The plan card listing is currently promoted, active, and publicly visible on the platform.
Inactive
The paid promotion period has completed. The listing is hidden but stored temporarily.
Expired
The 5-day grace period has passed. The listing is permanently deleted from the database.
Trip Status
Active
The trip companion post is open, and prospective buddies can submit join requests.
Ongoing
The trip is currently in progress (current date is between start and end date). Edit and delete actions are blocked.
Completed
The trip end date has passed. The post is read-only and will be automatically purged in 5 days.
Cancelled
The trip organiser has cancelled the plan. It is no longer active for requests.
Full
The trip group capacity has been reached. No further join requests can be submitted.
Buddy Status
Pending
A request has been submitted and is awaiting approval by the planner.
Accepted
The buddy is successfully added to the trip. Contacts and coordinate links are unlocked.
Rejected
The join request was declined by the planner. No further requests can be sent.
Left
The buddy has left the travel group. Re-joining is blocked.
Removed
The host has removed this companion from the group.
